Ofqual

Ofqual — the Office of Qualifications and Examinations Regulation — is the independent regulator of qualifications, examinations and assessments in England. Regulated qualifications appear on its public register, where anyone can look up an awarding organisation and the qualifications it is approved to award. Recognition by Ofqual applies to the awarding organisation and its qualifications, and is separate from any recognition decision taken by authorities in another country.
