This is the question that deserves a straight answer before you enrol. Here is how the system actually works: who awards your qualification, and who regulates them.
Accreditation in the awarding country (Ofqual in the UK, MQA in Malaysia) is one thing. Formal recognition inside the UAE is another. The first is guaranteed by the awarding body. The second is a UAE government process that you apply for after graduating.
So we will not tell you our degree is recognised in the UAE. We will tell you who awards it, who regulates them, and how to verify it yourself.
The UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued an updated system for recognising higher education qualifications awarded outside the country. Under it, qualifications earned through e-learning, affiliation, open learning and correspondence became eligible for recognition under defined conditions, where previously they were excluded in most cases.
